4/14/12: "Just a quick note about our release date and current progress. We are doing everything in our power to not have to push back the release date any further, and we are determined to get this first album released by the end of the year. Many of you have been aware of this project for quite some time. Indeed, it has been in the works, in one form or another, for about 11 years. During this time, I have accumulated/composed several hours worth of music. In the last 7 months, Jody and I managed to decide on the final 8 tracks that will constitute the first album. We've had to do some re-arranging and re-writing of some of the songs, because after careful evaluation, we realized that the existing demo structures were not quite up to standards and vision we were attempting to accomplish. But we are definitely on a roll now, and we are currently in the process of executing all of the final tracking for instruments and vocals. Our goal is to have all the tracking done by some time in June/July. Once we get this done, we will begin the final mixing process, and we will also begin making preparations for the artwork, design, mastering, duplication, distribution, and more. We will continue to post more updates when fresh, noteworthy information becomes available. Thanks so much to everyone for the advance interest and for your incredible patience with us during these years of growth and development. Getting this project off the ground has been an intense, emotional endeavor. We've had to overcome quite a few hurdles along the way, but rest assured, we are almost there!" - David Burr
